The project involves the complete renovation of a residential building dating from 1909. The outer casing has been insulated with wooden frames, rice straw RH-P, and padded rice straw made in situ, covered with thermo-plaster RH100. RH410 clay plaster, which regulates the humidity of the air by absorbing or releasing water in the rooms according to the needs of the living space, was chosen for the internal masonry shaving. The walls were subsequently treated with RH500 paint. All wooden surfaces have been thermo-plaster and reprocessed with natural oils and paints. Outside the house, the climbing plant performs the dual purpose: it contributes to the summer cooling and on the other hand, it integrates the building in the surrounding context.
