This staging located in the Roman context of Villa Ada was designed and realized to set up of the spaces for the XX edition of the festival “Rome meets the world”. 13 mini-architectures arranged in a semicircle forming a central square have hosted events and concerts for about 6 weeks. The mini-architeture were made with natural materials assembled dry-work. The supporting structure, consisting of horizontal and vertical elements in fir tied with metal angles, has been completed with a ventilated aluminium sheet cover and with flooring and infill in thermo-fired fir wood strips. In the background, the neon-coloured lights “Love Differences” by Michelangelo Pistoletto wanted to translate the message “Love differences” into the most spoken languages of the world.
